Company Settings overview

Company Settings — General tab

Company Settings is where you configure how e9Kontrol evaluates your calls. It is organized into 10 tabs:

  1. General — company profile and the facts to extract from each call.
  2. Global Rules — the overall 1–5 quality scale, violations, difficulty, and lead ranks. 3–8. The six stages — Greeting, Needs Discovery, Pain Identification, Presentation, Objections Handling, and Closing Deal. Each has its own scoring rubric.
  3. Smart Playbook — generate a draft playbook from a document or good-call recordings.
  4. Alerts — which Telegram chats receive alerts.

How scoring works

Every call is scored from 1 to 5:

ScoreMeaning
5Excellent — followed the playbook, no issues
4Good — minor misses
3Acceptable — several misses
2Weak — important steps missed
1Poor — critical failures

Each stage contributes to the final score. When an agent breaks a rule, points are deducted (see Global Rules for the violation weights). A hard fail fails the call regardless of the total.

Department vs company

  • Playbook tabs (2–8) and Alerts are department-scoped — each department can have its own rules.
  • The General tab (company profile) is company-level and shared by all departments.
tip

Write your rules in plain, concrete language. "The agent stated a specific date and time" is better than "good closing".
