Connecting Telegram

e9Kontrol can send alerts to your Telegram so problems reach you the moment they happen — no need to keep the dashboard open.

How to connect

1. Go to Company Settings → Alerts (or the Telegram Alerts section).
2. Click Connect and copy the generated token.
3. In Telegram, message the e9Kontrol bot and send the token.
4. The chat is linked — you'll see it in the connected chats list.

What gets sent

Two types of alerts:

• 💀 Hard fail — a critical violation failed the call.
• 📉 Low score — the call scored below your threshold.

Each alert includes the call number, the agent, and the score, with a link to open the analysis.

Department scoping

Alerts are per-department — connect a different chat for each department (see Department settings).

tip

Connect one chat for management (hard fails only) and one for coaching (low scores). That way urgent issues don't get buried under routine ones.
