Connecting Telegram

e9Kontrol can send alerts straight to Telegram, so critical issues reach you instantly.

1. Open Company Settings → Notifications.
2. Generate a connection / token.
3. In Telegram, open the bot and start it (or add it to a group).
4. Confirm the connection.

Telegram connections are department-scoped — each department can have its own alerts. See Departments.
