Creating an account

Getting started with e9Kontrol takes a minute.

Register​

  1. Open app.e9kontrol.ru and click Register.
  2. Enter your name, email, and a password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Submit the form.

The first person to register becomes the Company Admin — the account owner with full access.

Verify your email​

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email.
  2. Click the link to confirm your address.

You won't be able to log in until your email is verified.

What happens next​

Once you're in, the system is empty until you connect a CRM. Follow the onboarding checklist to go from sign-up to first insights — the short version:

  1. Connect your CRM (see Connecting your CRM).
  2. Configure the QA Playbook (see Company Settings).
  3. Add your team — users and departments.
tip

Use a company email for the first account — this person owns the account and billing.
