e9Kontrol is billed by minutes analyzed. You choose a package of minutes, and calls are deducted from your balance.

Welcome and Loyalty bonuses
- Welcome bonus — extra minutes added on your first purchase.
- Loyalty bonus — extra minutes on later top-ups. For L and XL, the loyalty bonus equals the welcome bonus, locking in the lowest price.
Balance rules
- Unused minutes carry over to the next month when you top up on time — your balance never expires.
- Very large volumes (20 000+ min) get personal pricing.
- Custom dashboards are available on L and XL plans.
