How balance works
- Calls consume minutes — the length of the analyzed audio is deducted from your balance.
- Smart Playbook costs 15 min per generation (see Smart Playbook).
- Your balance is shown on the Billing page as remaining minutes.

- Loyalty bonus — added for continued use.

The Billing page shows your current plan, remaining minutes, and usage history.
tip
Keep an eye on your balance before the end of the month — you don't want analysis to stop mid-month. The dashboard's calls analyzed count can help you estimate your burn rate.
