Risk Zone

The Risk Zone is where every risky call lands — hard fails and low scores, so you can review them first.

What's in it​

The Risk Zone shows calls as cards, each flagged for:

  • 💀 Hard fail — a critical violation.
  • ⚠️ High risk — a low score or multiple violations.

Each card shows the severity, agent, date/duration, call type, violation count, the specific risk issues, and the score.

Filtering​

Filter by:

  • Period — today, this week, etc.
  • Risk type — hard fail, low score.
  • Call type and Manager.

Deep dive​

Each card has a Deep dive button that opens the full call analysis, so you can see exactly what went wrong.

Why it matters​

The Risk Zone is your priority queue. Instead of hunting through the calls list, you go straight to the calls that need attention.

Make the Risk Zone part of your daily routine — review every hard fail the same day it appears. A quick morning sweep of the Risk Zone keeps small problems from becoming patterns.
