Reading alerts

Each alert is a short message with everything you need to act.

What an alert includes

• Type — 🚨 hard fail or 📉 low score.
• Call ID — to find the call in the list.
• Agent — who made the call.
• Score — the 1–5 score.

Example

🚨 High Risk Call — #70812, Agent: Daniel Chao, Score: 1.9/5

What to do

1. Tap through to the call (or search the ID in the Calls list).
2. Open the call and read the violations and coaching insight.
3. Coach the agent, or fix the playbook rule if it's firing too often.

tip

Treat a hard-fail alert as urgent — it means a mandatory rule (legal, disclosure) was broken.
