Chat rules

Chat rules control which alert types each connected chat receives.

Alert types​

  • 💀 Hard fail — a critical compliance failure.
  • 📉 Low score — a call scored below the threshold.

Rules you can set​

  • Hard fails only — for management, keep the noise low.
  • Low scores + hard fails — for a team that wants everything.
  • Off — for a chat you want to pause.

Send hard fails only to a management chat, and everything to a team chat — managers see only what needs action, teams see the full picture.
