Chat rules

Chat rules control which alert types each connected chat receives.

Configuring rules

For each connected chat, you can turn on or off:

• Hard fail alerts — critical failures.
• Low score alerts — calls below your threshold.

Example setup

@mgmt	✅	❌	Management sees only urgent failures.
@team	✅	✅	The team sees everything.
@coaching	❌	✅	Coaches see only improvement targets.

Why split alerts

Different audiences need different signals:

• Management cares about risk (hard fails).
• Coaches care about improvement (low scores).
• The team benefits from seeing both.

Start with one "everything" chat, then split once you see the volume. Over-alerting leads to alerts being ignored.
