Alerts tab
The Alerts tab configures which Telegram chats receive alerts, and which alert types each chat gets.
What you can do here
- Connect a Telegram chat using a token.
- Set chat rules — decide which alerts go where (hard fails, low scores, or both).
Alert types
| Alert | When it fires |
|---|---|
| 💀 Hard fail | A critical violation failed the call. |
| 📉 Low score | The call scored below your threshold. |
Department scoping
Alerts are department-scoped — each department can route alerts to different chats. This lets the sales lead get sales alerts and the support lead get support alerts.

tip
Route hard-fail alerts to a management chat (they need immediate attention) and low-score alerts to a coaching chat (they're less urgent).
