Violations

Violations are the rules from your playbook that the agent broke. Each violation is shown as a red card with the exact rule.

Violation cards

Two types​

  • 🚫 Compliance violations — mandatory rules (legal, disclosure, promises). These carry the heaviest penalty.
  • ⚠️ Technique violations — sales-technique rules (no summary, weak discovery). These are coaching opportunities.

The violation rate​

The red inner ring of the score gauge shows the violation rate — the percentage of rules broken, split into technique and compliance.

tip

One compliance violation usually outweighs several technique violations. Fix compliance issues first — they're the ones that trigger hard fails.
