The call view
Opening a call shows its full analysis, organized into a header and four tabs.
The header (always visible)
The top shows the agent, date, duration, pipeline, a row of badges (call type, lead rank, sentiment, difficulty), the CRM/Play buttons, and the dual-ring score gauge (score /5 + violation rate).
The four tabs
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 📊 Call Overview | Score summary, violations, call story, stage pipeline, coaching insight, objections. |
| ⚖️ Performance & Compliance | Failed checks, call rhythm, and technique/compliance deductions. |
| 🎯 Client Intelligence | What the client actually wants — intents, temperature, difficulty, extracted facts. |
| 📈 Coaching & Growth | Score trend, strengths, opportunities, and an action plan. |
Field-by-field reference
For a complete explanation of every field, see the Call View Reference section — it walks through the header, each tab, and the audio player one field at a time.
tip
The concept pages in this section (score, disposition, sentiment, etc.) explain what each metric means; the Call View Reference explains where to find it on screen.
