Brief calls
Not every call is a full sales conversation. Calls shorter than the minimum duration (set in Company Settings → General) are classified as brief calls.
Why a call is brief

|---|---|
| 📵 Wrong number | Not the right person. |
| 🙅 Not interested | The client declined. |
| 🔁 Callback request | The client asked to be called back. |
| ⏱ Too short | Ended before it could be a real conversation. |
Brief calls are still analyzed (sentiment, reason), but they don't get a full stage-by-stage score.
tip
A spike in "not interested" brief calls usually means a lead-quality problem, not an agent problem — check your lead-field filters and pipeline statuses.
