Listening to a call

Every call can be played back with the floating audio player.

Controls​

  • ▶ Play / pause and a seek bar.
  • Current time / total duration.

Subtitles​

The player shows the transcript as subtitles, so you can read along while you listen. This is invaluable when reviewing a specific moment flagged by the analysis.

Language switching​

The language pills let you switch the subtitle language between the detected language and available translations (EN / ES / RU).

Best practice​

Open the player side-by-side with the analysis — listen to a low-scoring moment while reading the corresponding violation or coaching insight. Hearing and reading together makes the problem concrete.

tip

When coaching, play back the exact 30 seconds where a violation happened rather than describing it — the agent hears their own words, which is far more persuasive.
