Listening to a call

Every call can be played back from the ▶ Play button, using the floating audio player.

What you can do

• Play / pause and seek through the call.
• Read the subtitles (transcript) as you listen.
• Switch subtitle language with the language pills (EN / ES / RU).

Open the player and the analysis side-by-side: listen to a low-scoring moment while reading the matching violation or coaching insight.
