Dispositions
The disposition is how a call ended — the AI classifies every call into one of seven outcomes.
The seven dispositions
| Disposition | What it means |
|---|---|
| ✅ Sale Closed | Verbal agreement to purchase, or payment taken. |
| 📅 Appointment Booked | A firm date/time was set for a next step. |
| 🔁 Callback Scheduled | Client agreed to speak again, but no firm appointment. |
| 🚫 Hard Rejection | Explicit "not interested" or "do not call". |
| ❌ Technical Drop | The call cut off abruptly. |
| 🛟 Support / Complaint | The call was about an issue, not a sale. |
| 😐 Soft Rejection | "Send me an email" / "I'll think about it" — a stall. |
Why dispositions matter
- They show the real conversion funnel — not just "how many calls", but "how many actually converted".
- They separate agent problems from lead problems — a spike in Hard Rejection might be a lead-quality issue; a spike in Soft Rejection suggests weak closing.
Where to see them
- The Call outcomes dashboard widget shows the distribution.
- Each call's disposition is in its analysis (Overview tab).
tip
Soft Rejection (the "stall") is the most coachable outcome — it usually means the agent didn't push for a concrete next step. See Closing Deal.
