Three widgets surface problems: Violations summary, Recent alerts, and Risk Zone stats.

Violations summary​

Violations summary widget

Shows the total violations in the period, broken into three bars:

  • 🚫 Compliance — mandatory rules broken (legal, disclosure, etc.).
  • ⚠ Technique — sales-technique rules broken.
  • 💀 Hard fail — calls that failed outright.

A high compliance number is a red flag — fix those rules (or coach agents) first, since compliance failures carry the heaviest penalty.

Recent alerts​

Recent alerts widget

The latest hard fail and low score alerts, with the agent, time, and score. This mirrors the Telegram alerts.

Risk Zone stats​

A compact count of hard fails, low scores, and total risks — a quick summary of the Risk Zone.

Make a habit: every time you see a new hard fail in Recent alerts, open it in the Risk Zone and decide whether it's a coaching issue or a compliance process gap.
