Insight widgets
Three widgets reveal what's happening in your calls: Top objections, Call outcomes, and Sentiment & lead quality.
Top objections

Ranks the most common objections clients raise, by category: Price/budget, Distrust, Fear of bad result, Logistics, Need to consult, No urgency, Other.
Use it to: know which objections to train agents on. If Price/budget dominates, tighten your Objections Handling playbook.
Call outcomes

The distribution of how calls ended — sale closed, appointment, callback, rejections, and drops.
Use it to: watch the trend. A rising rejection rate signals a pitch or lead-quality problem.
Sentiment & lead quality

Two distributions side by side: Sentiment (😊 Positive → 😡 Negative) and Lead quality (🔥 Hot → ✗ Unqualified).
Use it to: diagnose the source. A high Negative + Unqualified combination suggests the lead source needs attention, not the agents.
These three widgets answer "what's going wrong?" at the team level. When you spot a pattern (e.g. rising price objections), drill into individual calls to find the specific cause.
