KPI cards
The four KPI cards at the top are the headline numbers for your team.
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Calls analyzed | How many calls were analyzed in the period. |
| Average score | The team's average 1–5 score. |
| Hard fails | Calls that failed outright. |
| Violations | Total rules broken. |
Each card shows a trend indicator (▲ +12%, ▼ -4) comparing to the previous period.
tip
The average score is your single best health metric. If it trends down over a week, investigate — usually a stage is slipping (see Stage performance).
