Pipeline statuses
Your CRM has pipelines and statuses (e.g. Sales pipeline → New, Contacted, Qualified…). This page lets you choose which statuses a call must be in to be analyzed.
Why it matters
This is the analysis gate. A call is only analyzed when:
- It was answered,
- It has a recording,
- It's at least the minimum duration, and
- Its lead is in one of the statuses you select here.
If a lead sits in an unselected status, its calls are ignored — this keeps your analysis focused on real sales conversations, not spam or irrelevant leads.
How to use it
- Each pipeline appears as its own section.
- Tick the statuses to monitor for that pipeline.
- Save. From now on, only calls whose lead is in those statuses get analyzed.
Example
Your Sales pipeline has New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost. If you only care about active deals, tick Contacted through Negotiation and leave Closed Won / Closed Lost unticked — historical calls won't clutter your dashboard.
Review this whenever you change your CRM pipeline. New statuses are off by default, so they won't be analyzed until you tick them.
