Lead field filters
Lead field filters let you narrow which calls are analyzed based on the values in your CRM lead fields.
How it works
For each filter you add, pick a field and a value:
- Field — a lead field in your CRM (e.g. Product, Source, Country).
- Value — the value that field must have for the call to be analyzed.
A call is only analyzed when its lead matches all of your filters.
Examples
| Field | Value | Effect |
|---|---|---|
Product | Subscription | Only analyze leads interested in the subscription product. |
Country | Spain | Only analyze Spanish leads. |
Source | Inbound | Skip outbound cold-call leads. |
Why use it
- Focus — analyze only the calls that matter (a specific product, region, or lead source).
- Cleaner data — exclude leads that aren't part of your current campaign.
- Less noise — fewer irrelevant calls in your dashboard and Risk Zone.
tip
Combine field filters with pipeline statuses for precise control — e.g. analyze only Qualified leads with Product = Subscription.
