Connecting SalesRender

SalesRender is connected with an API URL and a bearer token.

What you need​

  • A bearer token generated in the SalesRender API section.
  • The API URL: https://de.backend.salesrender.com/companies/{ID}/CRM (replace {ID} with your company ID).

Step-by-step​

  1. Go to SalesRender Admin → API section.
  2. Generate a Bearer token.
  3. In e9Kontrol, enter the API URL and the token, then click Validate & Connect.

What happens next​

  • e9Kontrol pulls your status groups (they become the pipelines/statuses you can monitor).
  • Your managers are listed for selection.
  • Call recordings are fetched automatically from then on.
tip

The {ID} in the URL is your company identifier in SalesRender — it's shown in the admin API section next to the token.

Troubleshooting​

  • Connection failed — check the token is a valid Bearer token and the company ID is correct.
  • No statuses — confirm the token has read access to the CRM/statuses endpoints.
