Connecting Bitrix24

1. In CRM Integration, select Bitrix24.
2. Enter your CRM URL and token.
3. Map your pipeline stages to the statuses you want analyzed.
4. Save.

Bitrix24 uses its own pipeline model — make sure the statuses you select match the stages where calls actually happen.
