Connecting Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is connected with an inbound webhook.

What you need​

  • An inbound webhook created in Bitrix24.
  • Your portal URL and the webhook's REST call path.

Step-by-step​

  1. In Bitrix24, go to Applications → Webhooks and create a new inbound webhook.
  2. Grant the permissions: telephony, crm, disk, and user.
  3. Copy the REST call path (it looks like user_id/webhook_token).
  4. In e9Kontrol, enter your portal URL and the REST call path, then click Validate & Connect.

What happens next​

  • e9Kontrol reads your deal categories and stages (they become the pipelines/statuses to monitor).
  • Your managers are listed.
  • Recordings are pulled automatically.
tip

Give the webhook the minimum permissions it needs (telephony, crm, disk, user) — don't grant admin scope unless required.

Troubleshooting​

  • Connection failed — check the webhook path is correct and permissions include crm and telephony.
  • No stages — confirm the webhook can list deal categories (crm.category.list).
