Connecting amoCRM

amoCRM is connected with your portal URL and a long-lived access token.

What you need​

  • Your amoCRM portal URL (e.g. https://company.amocrm.ru).
  • A long-lived access token from an amoMarket integration.

Step-by-step​

  1. Create an integration in amoMarket.
  2. Set the Redirect URL to https://aicontroler.ru/rest/oauth2-credential/callback.
  3. Open the "Keys and Access" tab and copy the Long-lived Access Token.
  4. In e9Kontrol, paste the Portal URL and the Token, then click Validate & Connect.

What happens next​

  • e9Kontrol verifies the token against your portal.
  • Your lead pipelines and statuses are loaded, so you can pick which stages to analyze.
  • Your managers are listed, so you can choose whose calls to monitor.
tip

Use a dedicated integration for e9Kontrol rather than sharing a personal token — if that user leaves, the connection breaks.

Troubleshooting​

  • Connection failed — check the token has the crm and leads scopes, and that the portal URL has no trailing path.
  • No pipelines appear — confirm the integration has access to lead pipelines.
