Connecting amoCRM

1. In CRM Integration, select amoCRM.
2. Enter your amoCRM subdomain (the part before .amocrm.ru).
3. Paste your access token (from amoCRM's API settings).
4. Choose your pipeline statuses and lead-field filters.
5. Save.

Finding your token

In amoCRM, go to Settings → Integrations → API and generate a long-lived access token with read access to calls/leads.

tip

Use a dedicated user or a restricted token for e9Kontrol — never reuse a personal login.
