Overview tab

The 📊 Call Overview tab is the default view and the executive summary of the call.

Violation cards

Violation cards

If rules were broken, red cards appear at the top — one per violation, split into two types:

  • 🚫 Compliance violation — a mandatory rule was broken (legal, disclosure, etc.).
  • ⚠️ Technique violation — a sales-technique rule was broken (no summary, weak discovery, etc.).

Each card shows the actual rule that was broken.

Call Story

Call Story

The Call Story summarizes the call in three columns:

  • The Hook (Stated Intent) — what the client said they wanted.
  • The Reality (True Intent) — what the client actually wanted, inferred by the AI.
  • The Result (Outcome) — what actually happened at the end.

The gap between Hook and Reality is often where the real sales opportunity is.

Stage Pipeline

Stage Pipeline

Six bars show how the agent performed at each of the six stages (Greeting → Closing Deal):

  • The number above each bar is that stage's score (1–5).
  • The bar height and color reflect the score — green is good, amber is weak.
  • A gray bar with "Missed" means the agent never reached that stage.

Top Coaching Insight

Coaching insight

The 🎓 Top Coaching Insight highlights the lowest-scoring stage and gives a concrete recommendation for it. This is the single most useful thing to tell the agent.

Client Objections

Client Objections

The 💬 Client Objections panel lists every objection the client raised, with:

  • The objection itself (in quotes).
  • A category badge rating how well it was handled.
  • The agent's response.

This shows you exactly where the agent struggled with pushback.
