Roles & permissions
e9Kontrol has three roles. Here's exactly what each one can do.
The three roles
| Role | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Company Admin | The account owner — full control. |
| Head of ROP | Sales/QA lead — configures the playbook and CRM. |
| Manager | Reviews analysis — no admin or settings. |

Choosing a role
- Company Admin — the owner. Manages billing, users, and departments.
- Head of ROP — your QA/sales lead. Can tune the playbook and CRM, but can't touch billing or users.
- Manager — front-line reviewers. Sees calls, dashboard, and risks, nothing else.
How roles are assigned
- The Company Admin role is created automatically on registration (the first user).
- The Head of ROP and Manager roles are assigned when creating a user (see Managing users).
note
There is also an internal super admin role for platform operators — it's not available to client accounts.
